Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Terahertz, Inc., a Virginia corporation operating the Crosodo brand ("Crosodo," "we," or "us"). They govern your use of crosodo.com, our resources, and your purchases of our apparel.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Orders & acceptance

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation; we may also decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Sales taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
• In the rare event of a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its integrated payment providers. By placing an order you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for the order total, including tax and shipping.

4. Shipping & delivery

• Crosodo apparel is printed on demand by Printify and its production partners. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time.
• Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the order.
• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Returns & refunds

• Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing changes. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@crosodo.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace the item or refund you in full.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to replace it or issue a refund.

6. Product information

We try to display product colors, fabrics, and dimensions accurately, but small variations are inherent to garment-dyed and print-on-demand goods, and screen colors may differ from actual product colors. Stock and design availability may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property

• The Crosodo name, logo, designs, photographs, copy, and the Site itself are owned by Terahertz, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual-property laws.
• You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
• Our cottage food law directory and resource materials are provided for informational use. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; bulk reproduction or commercial republication requires our consent.

8. User submissions

If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant Crosodo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Crosodo brand, with credit when reasonable. You represent that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt or our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or other users.
• Submit false orders, payment information, or chargebacks.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful.

10. Informational disclaimer

The state-by-state cottage food law directory and related resources are provided for general information only and are not legal advice. Cottage food laws change, and local zoning, health, and tax rules vary. Always confirm with your state department of agriculture, your local health department, and a qualified attorney before relying on any information.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terahertz, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terahertz, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, with the new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the Site.

16. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Crosodo regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.
